WOW! What do you say about a company and a product that has totally changed my outlook on working out and my life in general! I cant even begin to tell you how much I love this company and all it has to offer! I recently became a coach with Beachbody and am so stoked to get started creating my own team, but more importantly, helping people reach their goals!

The difference between what Beachbody has to offer and what gyms have to offer is accountability. When you sign up with Beachbody you are automatically given a free coach! Someone who will check in with you, see how you are doing, and someone to motivate you along! The best part about this, is you will have the option of purchasing a Challenge Pack and of being added into what is called a challenge group. So on Facebook we run different Challenge Groups with little mini assignments everyday, such as "Introduce yourself to the group" or "Take a selfie after your work out".... these groups are absolutely amazing, just having those incredible ladies commenting on the daily posts, sharing recipes, and just generally cheering each other on to go full out on these workouts.

 I know when I would do at home workouts before it was so easy to quit or give up because there was no one there pushing you along, well not with Beachbody! We're here to help you succeed in all your goals!
