3 Day Slimming Challenge

Yesterday I started a 3 day slimming challenge with Beachbody and I have to say, its not too bad so far! You drink a certain type of a Shakeology shake, with limited ingredients, 4 times a day! (Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack) and a limited, but rather large, salad for supper. I thought before I started the challenge that I was going to experience the head aches and grouchiness that others experience when doing shake challenges but I've had none of that!! These shakes keep you full and satisfied that you barely notice you haven't eaten real food! It becomes a mental thing after awhile.. "am I really hungry or do I just think I'm hungry" and most times its just thinking I'm hungry!! 

Don't get me wrong, I've still had trouble, especially at work when everyone is eating their lunches and I'm sippin' on a shake haha, but mind over matter right?!


When doing this challenge they recommend not doing any exercising, as you may feel light headed, so I have to say I am SO excited to get into working out! I ordered the Shaun T Rock Your Body dance challenge, and those who know me, know I looooove to dance! This is definitely my cardio as oppose to running on a treadmill!:)

Beachbody has so many amazing programs and I cant wait to try more!!
