Lovin life!

WOW!

It has been awhile since I last wrote! Life has been crazy busy and I LOVE IT!

Let's do a quick recap of how awesome DWTS has been lately! Sadly since I last talked with you we saw Charlotte and Keo, as well as Peta and Michael leave us:(. I have to say I am a little surprised that Suzanne Sommers is still there, but Patti is definitely holding her own!! I so look forward to what her and Artem do every week!
My favorites still are Willow and Mark (She is only 14 and holy crap is she incredible!!!) Ryker and Alison and Val and Rumer! These 3 are the top contenders in my opinion (but as we've seen, i've been wrong before lol!)

In other news! My beachbody group is doing AMAZING!! I love these gals! These groups are incredible, they keep you engaged and if you are having a day where you just arent feelin' like working out.... this group CHANGES that!!!. Pumped to see what the results of this groups will be! My next group starts May 4th and I just can't wait!

More next time my friends!

Have a wonderful day guys and be thankful for a healthy, happy life!<3

Shocking or not so shocking?

**POST WILL CONTAIN SPOILERS ON DANCING WITH THE STARS AND PRETTY LITTLE LIARS**

How's everyone's week been?? I guess it's only Tuesday! I last left you when I was headed to yoga to find out my spirit animal! Turns out (if I did it right) my spirit animal is a female lion! Rawr! Lion's are suppose to represent courage and strength, I don't know what I think about spirit animals but I love my lion (that I have named Laney).

Now lets move on to Dancing With The Stars. It seems my predictions we're wrong! Poor Redfoo and Emma got the boot this week! I was sad because I think he could have had a lot of potential to do better, and I enjoy watching the people who clearly have no ballroom dance or any kind of dance experience at all. As much as I love Derek, seeing Nastia perform was amazing but boring at the same time. She's a gymnast, of course she is going to be incredible! Or at least extremely trainable to do amazing things! Trust me, I LOVE Derek, but i'm thinking he has it made in the shade this year lol (but seriously their performance to "Thinking Out Loud" - Ed Sheeran was incredible)

I also really really enjoyed Ryker Lynch!!!! He and pro partner did the fox trot and I thought it was amazing!! For a young guy with no dance experience, he is a natural!! (Could be because he is related to the Hough's but I am loving him!)

Michael Sam and Willow also improved lots from last week! I'm stoked to see Michael Sam doing well! I'm hoping this is going to get his name out there and that it boosts his football career!
Willow was beautiful and I think it was the best choreo from last night as well (kudos Mark Ballas!) It was so creative the way they started off in the painting! I love Mark's dances! For only 14, that girl is a serious contender!

Can we all just talk about how AMAZING the Noah surprise was?!?! His girlfriend being flown in from the training camp to see him! I mean seriously, that was some tear jerking stuff! First off, his dance with Sharna (whom I LOVE) was so great and then they bring out the love of his life to surprise him!?! ABC you've done it again :) haha

Val and Rumer were of course great as well! Val is another one who's choreography is stunning! I think Rumer is going to do exceptionally well in this competition! I love her drive and her hunger to succeed.

I'm going to guess that either Charlotte Mckinney or Suzanne Somers is going home. What do you think??

**How adorable, best surprise yet ABC**

AND

How about the Pretty Little Liars spring finale tonight!?!?! We found out that "A" is a guy named Charles who is likely Jason's twin brother
*cue the 'dun dun dun' music*
Like WHAT?? How crazy!?!
Mona is still a live, and all 5 girls are trapped in a life size doll house (ubber creepy) Thankfully though, the police are finally starting to realize that these girls have some screwed up people (or person) framing them, as they found A's lair on tonights episode.

It also showed Andrew (Aria's kind of boyfriend/tutor, who also helped Spencer a few years back with the debate team) tapping into Mrs. Hastings cell phone and listening in on her calls!! If he can do that, what other secrets does he have?? Has he always been trying to get close to the girls because he is a part of the A team!? Who knows with this show... has anyone ever had correct theories lol. It was an action packed Spring finale and now we must wait until Summer.... ugh.

Send me your PLL Theories, I would love to hear them:)

Also, my April fitness challenge group is pre-starting next week!! Message or add me on Facebook (Emilly McIntyre) if you want in!!!

Dancing With The Stars

I'm going to try to post sooner next time, but how awesome was DWTS this week?? They have some pretty awesome competitors this year!

I for sure have favorites already haha, and I'll tell you why!

The cast:
Sharana Burgess - Noah Galloway
You will know Noah who is an Army vet and amputee who was on the cover of "Men's Health" last year. These two will face challenges as to how to get around different techniques of dancing but man are they going to be fierce competition!! Totally stoked for these two!

Kym Johnson - Robert Herjavec
Robert is a business man best known for judging on Shark Tank. Kym and Robert have been spotted kissing and hugging at viewing parties so I'm sure they will be amazing for TV haha, plus Robert is actually a total blast to watch dance!

Artem Chigvintsev - Patti Labelle
Patti is a 70 year old Grammy award winning artist best known for her songs "Lady Marmalade" and "New Attitude". You can tell Patti is going to have a disadvantage with her moving a little slower than some of the other dancers, but what she lacks in dance moves, she makes up for in grace!

Derek Hough - Nastia Liukin
Nastia is an American-Russian Olympic gymnast. Derek totally has his work cut out for him with her, she is already incredible. Which is good for him because he is apparently flying back and forth from L.A. to NYC for dancing there as well! Busy guy!

Allison Holker - Riker Lynch
Riker is the bass player for R5 and has also had a recurring role on "Glee". This guy is awesome!! He started out with the jive, which is NOT an easy dance to do to right off the hop, and totally nailed it! I am so stoked to see what this guy does down the road!

Keo Motsepe - Charlotte Mckinney
Charlotte is best known for her naked Super Bowl ad for Carl's JR. This for sure wasn't one of the best performances since she forgot a couple of steps, but who knows what can happen with a little more practice down the road!

Emma Slater - Redfoo
Redfoo is obviously best known as the front man for LMFAO. He is crazy and looks like a total blast to have as a partner. For someone who is so out there and high energy, it will be awesome to see how he does with dances like the samba!

Peta Murgatroyd - Michael Sam
Michael become a house hold name as the first openly gay NFL players. He and Peta seem to have an awesome relationship with each other and he seems totally focused on learning as much as he can and showing the world that NFL players totally can dance :) This is one of the couples i'm really looking forward too!

Mark Ballas - Willow Shields
Willow is best known as Primrose Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence's little sister in the Hunger Games). Whats most interesting is Willow is only 14 which makes he ABC's youngest competitor on the history of the show! These two look like they have a lot of fun working together as well and Mark has always been one of my fave's... can't wait to see where it goes!

Tony Dovoloni - Suzanne Somers
Suzanne is has a starring role on "Three's Company", and "Step By Step"! She's also known for her diet books and Self Help series. Suzanne had a bit of a rocky start as well... not sure how well she'll do but I'm sure Tony will do wonder's with her!

Val Chmerkovskiy - Rumer Willis
Rumer is a musician and actor but is best known as being the daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore. Rumer was amazing on the opening night! She will only get better and I totally agree with the judges who said she is "in it, to win it!"

Witney Carson - Chris Soules
Chris was this past years "Bachelor". He was stoked to find out that he had Witney as his partner since she won last year! These two look awesome together and Chris seems to move pretty good! I love Witney and her ideas for routines so i'm excited to see these two compete!

From L-R: Redfoo, Emma, Kym, Robert, Rumer, Val, Tony, Suzanne, Noah, Sharna, Mark, Willow, Witney, Michael, Peta, Riker, Allison, Artem, Patti, Charlotte and Keo. (Chris Soules is missing as he wasn't announced until the very last minute!)

I predict that miss Patti Labelle or Suzanne Somers will be going home on Monday night, but I've been wrong before!!!

Keep following my blog to see if my predictions are right :)

I'm off to a meditation yoga tonight to find my spirit animal so i'll post about that as well next time! Have a rockin' weekend everybody!

Sunday Funday!

Do you ever have one of those weeks where you just feel off? Nothing is jiving, you're walking around going through your regular motions but nothing is really registering? That was my week. I have no idea why or what was going on but I felt like my head was in a big of a cloud all week. After my Sunday yoga session though, I felt completely rejuvenated and restored. I felt centered and grounded and so calm. I have to say I am becoming obsessed with yoga very quickly haha.

My friend Sara and I got together this week to go over our daily posts for our April Challenge Group and I have to say I am SO excited for it! We're doing this a little different then some challenge groups and have some wickedly awesome ideas in store (Mostly credit to Sara for being so damn creative!:) ) If you want in, please don't hesitate to contact me!

Also, guess what guys.... Dancing With The Stars is starting again tomorrow!!!!!! You don't know how pumped I am! This is one of my fave shows, so get ready for constant updates hahaha, as well as for Pretty Little Liars (The big A reveal is coming up in a weeks time... oh my god)

Have a wonderful rest of your weekend guys and remember to be thankful for all you have<3

Namaste

What an amazing Sunday.

I use to be the girl who absolutely despised Sundays. Sunday's mean the last day of rest before another 5 day's full of work. That's how I was use to thinking of them anyways. But now I appreciate the day to wind down from a usually busy weekend, to get my stuff together for the week! Whether that be meal prepping, catching up on some good TV shows or reading a good book. It's just nice to have that extra day to relax.

Today was awesome. This morning I went to a yoga session with my friend and Beachbody Coach, Autumn. I cant even tell you how relaxed I was after I was done! I am in serious need of improving my flexibility, so I cant wait to see what this brings!

After yoga, I went with my mom and step-dad to watch my niece play ringette. She's only 6 and she skates better than most kids I've ever seen! But that my niece, fearless and energetic!

When I got home I began doing some Beachbody research and prepping for our team calls tonight! I'm excited to hear from everyone else that I've chatted with on Facebook about their ideas for improving and growing your team as a coach. What a wonderful business to be a part of!

Looking forward to the week ahead<3

New Movies and Old Friends

Busy busy week!
On Monday, my friend Sofia and I went to go and see "The Duff"... pretty funny movie actually and some seriously good eye candy (Robbie Amell anyone?? Or for the Pretty Little Liars fans, Noel Kahns older brother Eric Kahn!) definitely a cheesy girl movie :) (My fave kind)

The next night my BFF Shelby and I went to Zumba! We have an absolutely blast doing it, we act like goof balls and make the most fun out of a pretty quiet class haha. Our instructor loves when we're there as we help to bring others out of their shell! If you're going to do a dance work out, you may as well commit to it and have some fun!

The rest of the week was pretty low key, Thursday I got together with my friends Victoria and Jen. These girls are basically like my sisters, I've known them since the day I was born and I cant imagine life without them! Jen use to be good friends with my sister Chelsea growing up, as we were all neighbors (Jen is about 6 years older than me and Vic is 3 years older than me)... When my sister died in 2007 because of a tragic car accident on the highway outside of Lumsden, these girls were my rock. I owe them a lot, so it's really nice to be able to get together and have chill movie nights with some good food and of course some good wine ;)

Friday night, Brad came over. Brad was my sister's fiance before she passed away. We don't get to see Brad very much, so when we do its pretty special. He's since married another woman and seems very happy. Our family couldn't be happier for him to have found someone to share his life with!

Before I forget! I have to say, its been a week since I started my Shaun T Rockin' Body dance work out and I am LOVING it!!!! It is so much fun and such a great workout! I can't say enough good things about it! If you want some more information on it, drop me a message! I'd be happy to let you know my thoughts on it!!

Enjoy your weekend my friends!!

Here Comes The Bride!

What a weekend!!
I finished up my 3 day Slim challenge on Friday, (which was perfect timing because my mom made home made Chili!!) The challenge went way better than I ever thought it would haha. I didn't feel deprived of food or hungry really and my body felt great afterwards!
Saturday I treated myself to a night out with friends full of food, laughs and a few drinks! It was so nice catching up with friends that I hadn't seen in a long, long time!! Sometimes you just really need nights like that to recharge the soul.
Sunday was a very special day as my wonderful, beautiful friend Caitie married her love Trevor in a beautiful ceremony. She looked stunning in her dress with love in her eyes as she walked to her future husband. Weddings are my absolute favourite, they are filled with so much love and grace, whats not to love?! It was on a Sunday of course, so my friend Victoria, her boyfriend Jamie and I, didn't stay very late as we all had to work this morning.

And that brings us to Monday morning!! I got to start my Shaun T "Rock Your Body" work out today! What a freaking blast!!! First off, he is so funny and has you smiling the whole time, second, he has some awesome moves (and hes totally easy on the eyes as well as hilarious haha). I hate to wake up in the mornings to workout, but I have a feeling this will make it MUCH easier!! You just have to find a workout program that works for you and working out doesn't feel like a chore anymore:) as I sit here and sip my Chocolate Shakeology,  I cant help but feel excited for tomorrow morning now!
Happy Monday all! xo
